Here are some shots from last night's sunset adventures on Bailey island. These shots were taken at the end of the Cribstone Bridge, across the water is Cook's Lobster and Ale House. 🦞
It was such a beautiful night and time to be there taking it all in, and trying to capture a fleeting moment, or just a glimpse of the natural beauty all around us. 🌥🌞

Good evening - I headed out to Bailey Island this evening and met up with a fellow local photographer buddy Tim @labrecqu33 (check out his awesome work on Instagram or YouTube!).
There was some really nice light, the sunset did not disappoint!

As always I took way too many pictures yesterday m

As always I took way too many pictures yesterday morning during the Full Wolf Moon setting and the sun rising on the other side of the point. 😆
In the second picture I captured the moon setting behind Harb Cottage on Stockbridge Point at Winslow Park here in Freeport, Maine. 🌞🌝❄

Here is a little info about the history of Winslow Park taken from FreeportMaine dot com:

"In 1953, Adelaide Winslow Harb gave this scenic oceanfront gift to the Town in memory of her mother, Delia B. Powers Winslow. She entrusted some 90 acres “…with the buildings and improvements thereon…known as Stockbridge Point…” with the proviso that the land and its buildings “… shall be used as a public park and for public recreational purposes…” The Park is located at the end of Staples Point Road on a peninsula between Casco Bay and the Harraseeket River. " - FreeportMaine dot com.

Oh and if you would like to rent it out there is a lottery each year for bookings!

On one side of the point the Wolf Full Moon was setting and on the other side the sun was rising. It was such a beautiful morning to be out chasing the light and capturing the sun & moon. ❄🌞🌝

Here's the last batch of photos from yesterday's sunrise. After leaving Wolfe's Neck Woods State Park, I decided to make one more stop and see how things were looking from the Burnett Road Bridge right around the corner from the park.
I'm so glad I did, as there was still lots of nice light and a calm tide slowly rising and mirroring the blue sky. 🌞❄
